May I handpick a mix of nuts?

At present no, however, we have learned a lot over a period of 60 years from our customers. We have developed a set of mixes based on your liking and budget. you can find them by clicking here. 

How long can I Keep my nuts and kernels and how should I store them?

We recommend that you consume your products within the first two weeks after delivery to guarantee optimal taste. Your nuts and kernels should be stored in a cool, dry place (for example, an air-conditioned room is perfect) where the temperature is between 18°-20°C (55°-70°F). You can store the nuts in the refrigerator as this will reduce spoilage. You can wrap your nuts in a plastic kitchen wrap before placing it in the refrigerator. When you're ready to enjoy, take out the bag and wait 24 hours before removing the plastic wrap, to allow the nuts to regain room temperature gradually.

What ingredients do you use?

In our recipes we use: nuts and kernels, dried fruits, sugar, starches, salt, natural vanilla flavouring, butter, water, glucose syrup, sesame, instant coffee, marzipan, chlorophyll, natural flavouring of cheese and smoke, wheat flour, margarine, soya lecithin, sorbitol, dextrose.

Do your chocolates contain alcohol or animal fat?

None of our gourmet nuts contain alcohol or animal fat.

 
Are your chocolates halal?
 
Our nuts are made with 100% pure, natural ingredients, no preservatives, no alcohol, and no animal fat; we have a certificate for Halal.
 
I have diabetes. Are you chocolates suitable for me?
 
Although some of nuts contains sugar and other not , we cannot recommend them for a sugar-free diet. Unless you are supervised by a dietician and have proper medical supervision.
 
In which currency will you charge me?
 
You will be charged in American Dollars (USD). Your credit card company determines the rate of exchange on the day your order was placed. The charge of your credit card statement may differ slightly from the charge shown on our website due to daily fluctuations in exchange rates or credit card company policies.

Can you provide a proof of delivery?
 
A delivery receipt notification is emailed to you within 3 hours of delivery with the name of the consignee as well as the local time of delivery.
 
Do you guarantee that my chocolates will be delivered in excellent condition?
 
Always. There is no action required on your part and this service is complimentary. If for any reason your chocolates are not delivered in perfect condition, we will replace your order immediately.
